Had an awesome group trip with friends! We enjoyed the close walk to The Island and made stops at the Old Mill and Grand Majestic Theater. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Perfect spot for fun and relaxation after exploring. Highly recommend this place for your next getaway!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Convention Center, An Ihg Hotel for a work trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in, making the process seamless. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable bedding. The business center was particularly helpful, providing all the necessary amenities for my meetings. Additionally, the location was ideal, close to various attractions but still quiet enough to focus on work.

Just a fine choice for strolling around in Pigeon Forge with outstanding value. Our toilet leaked one day and they fixed it promptly. Check if the rooms away from the pool are quieter.
